Errol graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending University of Pennsylvania Law School. After graduating with honors in 2005, he worked as an attorney for a top New York Law Firm until 2013. During this time, Errol experienced the negative effect long hours behind a desk can have on the body and spirit.

Errol began working with trainer and now business partner Dale Gordon, and joined various sports leagues and organized exercise activities to combat stress. Dale’s experience and background in the field helped Errol make the decision to leave the corporate world and develop their vision for Maestro.

To make this vision a reality, Errol became a NASM-certified trainer, ACE-certified group trainer and honed his craft at one of the most prestigious gyms in the country. He and Dale have put together a staff of experienced trainers with the skills and passion necessary to get you to your goals and beyond.

Dale Gordon has been a certified personal trainer in NYC for the last 11 years. During that time, Dale has worked with everyone from amateur athletes and fitness competitors to individuals seeking to return to form after rehabbing a serious injury.  To better serve his clients, Dale has amassed a wealth of diverse knowledge including certifications in weight loss, functional movement and corrective exercises.

Dale first developed a passion for the fitness industry when, at the age of 23, Dale made a conscious decision to face his own physical limitations head on.  At the time, Dale was seriously deconditioned and unable to do a single pull up.  In facing this challenge, Dale developed his "go hard or go home" approach to fitness — one which he applies to motivate his clients to this day.  Through hard work, dedication and proper instruction, Dale believes everyone can achieve their goals.
